Cottage Chic in University Park- A Home Tour

Hi Friends!
This University Park gem is so loaded with casual chic charm I knew you'd enjoy seeing it.

Board and batten siding with a metal roof- traditional with a twist.

A front porch with a swing where you can while away the day.

I think I could serve dinner here!

The adorable kitchen

A dreamy master with en suite.

There are even guest quarters.

Ooh Lisa, I love cottage charm, and this house oozes with it. Both the exterior and the interior are so pretty, and the use of large plants adds some freshness and color. I'm off to go the link that you sent. Have a beautiful week!

I saw that online and almost sent it to you! As soon as I saw it, I knew it had your name written all over it. I'd definitely love that one. :)

Love it!!! A little too white for a Grandmommy of six boys, but that porch would just make me want to stay forever.

That cottage packs a lot of punch! It looks small on the outside but is so big on the inside and is decorated beautifully!

This is a first for me to see the handsome brick displayed in the bathroom as a wall and not a backsplash or small accent area. I like it. Also I drool for those bedrooms and the color of the paint. I wanted a gray like the four poster bed one and the husband was adamant about a more pale gray-blue. I'm finding it hard to decorate! So I look so forward to your posts for ideas. I saw a BR like mine the other day on line and the painted walls were contrasted with black framed photos. It looked real good to me.

Great house! I could happily live there and it would make my daughter very happy since they live in McKinney.
