Brick and Mortar Shops
I've blogged about both of these stores before but
My Favorite Room
And Beaucoup
are both the gold standards when it come to home decor shopping.
The displays are always stunning and the merchandise is varied, with price points for every pocketbook.
Locally Run Antique and Vintage Markets
In the Dallas area three come to mind.
Vintage Market Days(This show has events in many cities in the US.Check their dates for yours.)
Red Shed Antiques
and
The Old Red Lumberyard Junk Market
The fun thing about these type of shows is they are each so different! Even the same show will be different from date to date. I've had great success finding things at all three. The vendors are always so sweet and bring some of the absolute best stuff. The prices are fair considering and most all are willing to negotiate.
Antique Malls
My absolute favorite is Antique Company Mall
The vendors here bring their A game, creating the most charming vignettes. The prices are great which makes it on my go to list.
I have been known to frequent a few others who lack certain shopping creature comforts but manage to somehow present undeniable bargains.
Two Texas towns have reached legendary status in the antique shoppers hall of fame.
Canton and
Round Top.
Space and time won't permit me to tell of their treasures but there's a reason they are legendary.
Invaluable has a fun post on The Best Towns for Summer Antiquing. Check it out for some great tips!
What about you? Where are your home decor go to's?

Hi Lisa, these "shop till you drop" markets are amazing. I live nearby the Red Shed and was just their a few weeks ago for their big sale. Got there early before opening, it was packed but I found a few wonderful treasures. I also go to RoundTop and Canton. Thanks for sharing your favs. Great photos of inspiration. xo

You are one savvy shopper. You need your own TV show for sure. I'd watch it.
Oh my Lisa, those look like some great places! I've been to a few of those, but want to go the the Old Red Lumberyard. Do you ever go to Trade Days in McKinney?
I forgot to mention that whenever I'm in downtown McKinney, I always have to go to the Antique Company Mall...love that place.
