Their style is both charming and timeless.
Truly lovely!
And on another 6 degrees of separation note, Tracy and I both lived in Fairview for many years. Our children attended the same school and 1 of each of our children graduated at the same time. Now much to my amazement and delight I find that Tracy has moved to the same historic district as my new house! That's right. She lives down and around the corner from my new abode!
Stacey and Kitty do you remember seeing her home on the Holiday Tour of Homes a few years back?
Her home is truly sophisticated cottage which in my opinion is really hard to do. Tracy nails it!
Can you say shiplap?
It's all breathtaking isn't it?
I think when I move in I'm going to take a basket of muffins over and ask her to be my for real friend nothing removed.
PS Tracy's husband has a cute food and travel blog you can check out here
It's Thursday and that means TOHOT!

She's lucky to have you for a neighbor and "real" friend. I like her style and the way she introduces the blue into the soft color scheme. Just beautiful!
