This new farmhouse is near Lake Lewisville so bring your boat!
A farmhouse absolutely must have a porch.
The interiors are bright and cheerful all the while recalling a bygone era.
Such fun light fixtures were used throughout the home.
Even in the kitchen!
Look at the floor of the screened porch! Do you think it was stenciled? It's so pretty isn't it?

Public library, scalloped slip covered bar stools, bike over the mantle ~ yes please!
I could move right in but would have to change the hanging of the drapery rods. It's an interesting choice.
Oh my word. Please just sign me up for that one!
Wow, Lisa, that home is awesome! I would never leave the house!
Hi Lisa, this tour was incredible. I love every inch of this farmhouse. The bike over the mantel is awesome along with the many great decorating ideas here. I really have to go back and view it all again to take it in. Thank you for sharing this beauty!! Hope you enjoyed a great 4th. Have a good week. xo
Love it!
What a great house!
I love it! The bathrooms really impressed me! Thanks for sharing, Lisa!

Ooh I loved the exterior and interior of the house, Lisa! The interior seafoam paint color is so soothing, isn't it? It's decorated so perfectly, and I really liked the eclectic use of chairs around the kitchen table. The floors were so pretty, too. Thanks for sharing another inspirational home with us. Hope your home is coming along nicely!
Great house!! Can't wait to see your new house!!
I am loving the "brick" design that's so popular on walls. This one has it in the shower! Love it. What sells me on this house is the openness of the floor plan, so inviting. And any master bath with a place for me to sit down and put my makeup on reels me in. Remember back in the olden days when make up tables were so popular (or are you too young for that?) I have a desk that I remodeled for one very shabby chic and I love it.
It is so charming! I am a sucker for old fashioned bikes, but I would not have thought of hanging one above the mantel. Hmm...
Beautiful home...love the openness of it!!!
