A Bridal Shower

One of the more pleasant things about having adult children is that they grow up and do fun things like get married! This is the bridal shower for a dear friend's daughter that I gave together with two of my BFF's.

I made some cute name tags.

Thanks Laura for the inspiration!

You must have a focal point.

I used pinwheels from both Target and Paper Source. They are really easy to make but because I was lucky enough to find some in the color palette I was using I could just buy them.

The buffet table looked so pretty!

Crudite a new way!

Cupcakes and cake pops

And what bride don't want her name in lights? Or scrapbook paper?

we set up a separate mimosa bar which proved to be a BIG hit!

And what's a party without a party favor?

We had a fun Pinterest inspired crafternoon glittering wine glasses to put pink nail polish in. Another big hit.
It was a fun day!

And one good party deserves another! It's TOHOT time!

Lisa, every week it seems I tell someone that I might be breaking the Pinning rules. I've pinned this in several places. You girls just rocked this party! I want a gate and some veggies in a cute cup right now. :)

Happy TOHOT!

Lisa,

Thanks for sharing this really cute and festive party with us. SO many inspiring ideas. I've hosted three showers; bridal and baby for my daughter in law and a bridal shower for my own daughter. Pinterest is a great source for ideas and posts like yours. Everything was so stylish! I love the crudités in the clear cups and the mimosa bar. The banners were darling as were the favors. What a great idea to have someone do the photography. I'm definitely going to remember that---my daughter is expecting her first baby this fall so I'm Pinning away on your post!! Thank you and thanks also for your visits and kind comments! :)

What a beautiful shower. I love the nametags you made and the pinwheel piece. The Sweet Tea caught my eye and I'd love a glass right now. Oh, those cupcakes and cakepops sound mighty delicious, too.

Hugs,
Jan

Thanks for sharing it with us! I am going to organize a bridal shower party at one of Chicago venues for my cousin and would like to use your rental decoration supplies for the event. Hoping to plan things to perfection.
