A New Cottage in an Old Neighborhood-A Home Tour

I wanted to share this sweet cottage with you all. It is in an historic district but is a new build. Let's take a look!

You can never go wrong with a porch!

Looks like hardwoods throughout.

What a charming kitchen!

Lovely master suite

And the most coveted (at least by me) feature of all

A carriage house

Complete with its' own kitchen
and balcony

I take it, that this house is staged... For sale... Since it is all white. Which probably lets people picture it, with their own furniture and decor...

I love porches and wish I had one because I'd be out there a lot (when it's not winter!). We do have a big deck but there's something special about a porch. Love the style of the bungalow.
