The Master Bathroom Vanity Before

You guys are so sweet to listen to all this house talk. I know you're probably getting sick of hearing about it. I'm very nearly sick of talking about it. But we soldier on. ;-)
Look at what I bought to turn into the master vanity.

And look what I paid for it!

I know! And the drawers work perfectly! I'm a stickler for the drawers working. And it's the perfect size for the space.
So there will be sinks like this.

And faucets something like this.

Maybe. That's not a problem but choosing a finish for the vanity is.
I love this look from Miss Mustard Seed

This is a really pretty color combo from this etsy merchant.

And Lady Butterbug nailed it with this chalk paint redo.

I think any of these looks would be beautiful and be consistent with the color palette in my bedroom. Tell me what's your favorite? What would you choose?

It's Thursday so I'm hanging with the girls at TOHOT!

I love the dresser, Lisa! We are trying to redo our master bath too and I've thought about doing the same thing, so I'm excited to see your progress and not at all bored! Have a great weekend!

Hi! I'm coming over from the Thoughts of Home on Thursday party...love the dresser and while I like all three of your examples, the third one is my favorite! We took an old buffet and turned it into our vanity. I love it! I know you are going to love yours...it has great lines and the price was a steal!
Hugs,
Cecilia

What a deal you got! I love Miss MS's the best, however I wonder how the top will wear in a bathroom? Can't wait to see this completed!!

That's a great piece you found. I'm drawn to the one by Miss Mustard Seed but I lean towards traditional so I guess it boils down to what the look of your decorating is.

LOVE!

I want to do this, too! You got a great deal on that dresser! My project is not on the horizon yet, but I am going to paint the existing vanity in both of our bathrooms for now!

I love following these kinds of projects, so please keep showing us your progress!

Please don't ever quit talking about your house. I LOVE the dresser, the sink and the faucet. ALL OF IT! As far as the color? I would need to know what is happening on the walls, the artwork and the floor. So, it looks like you have another post to write. :)

That dresser is gorgeous!
What will be especially wonderful- aside from whatever paint finish you choose- is all of the wonderful drawers you will have.

Woohoo to drawers!

I have been wanting to do a vanity something like that in my master for awhile, just struggling with what to do too! This piece is seriously killer!!!! I love Lady Butterbug's stuff! ( I buy my paint from her) She always has such timeless, beautiful stuff! I can't wait to see your finished piece!

Lisa, Wow, I love all of these color combos and any will be gorgeousness in your MB! I have a friend who did the same thing, she stained her piece. It will be fun to watch your project.
