Jeepers, Creepers...I Got Some New Peepers

I have a love/hate relationship with reading glasses. It's a long, drawn-out, sordid affair which you can read about here and here. Suffice it to say I can neither keep up with my specs, nor keep from breaking them, stepping on them and various others methods of altogether destoying them. See what I mean?

But my sweet hubster bought me a new pair the last time he was in Baton Rouge visiting Mr. LSU. Aren't they cute?

They are so cute and I totally understand! I went to the doctor and got a "real" pair. Don't like them as much as the cheapies...they make me dizzy and nauseous. I can't read without my cheaters anymore though. I lost one of my favorite pairs here in the last week. Hoping they will show up again. If not, I bought them at Michael's of all places!

Oh I feel your pain. I am about to go and get the real thing....been limping along on the cheaters for too long. I don't know what i'd do without them though!

OOOH! they are cute! I wear 2 different for close and one for far.... If I wear my progressive glasses I still have to look under them to see anything up close..... argh!
I know what you mean!

Mirror, mirror on the wall. We've become our mothers after all.

What a sweet hubby. They're both cute. Maybe you could get one of those repair kits from Wally World for the pink ones?

Those are some cute reading glasses.
When my girls were babies, I made sure there was a pacifier in every room, in every purse, at every friend and relative's house.
Now, it's reading glasses for me!!

I buy inexpensive reading glasses and have one in every room and at work! :)

cindy said... (she said sarcastically). I got contacts only to discover that I still needed readers. Which was fun. So many cute pairs and all. But then, it got worse, so now I have a $500.00 pair of bifocals and I STILL can't see. LOL. So I hear ya! :D
