For I know that my Redeemer lives, and He shall stand at last on the earth; and after my skin is destroyed, this I know, that in my flesh I shall see God, whom I shall see for myself, and my eyes shall behold, and not another. How my heart yearns within me!
Job 19:25-27 NKJV
Commentary: Through his experience, Job comes to understand in a new way the greatness and power of the Lord. As God directs, he prays for the friends who have criticized him, and God gives him twice as much as he lost. Praise enabled Job to perservere through his hardships, and it was a major factor in his ultimate restoration.

It is hard to pray for our critics, but look what happened when Job obeyed. Love this teaching.
Amen, amen.

Job is such a good example of how we need to live...praising God in all circumstances..praising God for all the people He brings into our lives. And the results? WOW! Thanks for your insights here...we are blessed to have you share them with us.

Lisa,
Job was the topic of our Pastor's sermon today and I enjoyed it very much! Job never gave up on God's promises and we shouldn't either.
Blessings,
Jean
